I'm in Alberta, so sessions from Meghan are online -- and I'm totally impressed with the way she can see what's going on with muscle groups, posture, and skeletal alignment even onscreen. As well, she has great knowledge of physiology and how to avoid muscle strain: that's helping with my fibromyalgia. Meghan's an expert and inspiring teacher!

I have been working with Meghan for over a year now, I don't know where to start about how amazing she is. She quickly identified some issues with my shoulders and back, and worked to develop a strength program to work on those areas. Her knowledge of boxing, movement, anatomy, kinesiology seems to be without limits. I fell in love almost right away with working with clubs and maces, and have not stopped since I picked them up.
